Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Livepro Wellness Private Limited, operating as CoachKT ("Company", "we", "us") at www.coachkt.in. By purchasing any coaching program or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services Offered
CoachKT provides online personal fitness coaching, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle transformation services through the following programs:
- Foundation Program — 3-month online coaching (₹30,000)
- Transformation Program — 6-month online coaching (₹55,000)
- Mastery Program — 12-month online coaching (₹1,00,000)
All programs are delivered entirely online via WhatsApp, email, and video calls. Services include customised diet plans, personalised training programs, weekly check-ins, and ongoing support as specified per plan.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase and use our services. By engaging our coaching services, you represent that you are 18 or older. Individuals under 18 may participate only with written parental or guardian consent provided prior to commencement of the program.
Health & Medical Disclaimer
CoachKT coaching services are for general fitness and wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You must:
- Consult a qualified physician before beginning any fitness or nutrition program, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions
- Disclose all relevant health conditions, injuries, medications, and allergies to your coach prior to commencing the program
- Immediately inform your coach of any changes in your health status during the program
- Discontinue any exercise or dietary protocol that causes pain, discomfort, or adverse effects and seek medical attention immediately
CoachKT and Livepro Wellness Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome arising from participation in our programs.
Payment Terms
All payments are to be made in full prior to commencement of the coaching program unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing. Payments are processed via Razorpay or such other payment gateways as may be made available on the website.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Payments are non-transferable to another individual
- In the event of a failed payment, access to coaching services may be suspended until payment is cleared
- CoachKT reserves the right to revise pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect programs already purchased.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available separately on this website. Key points:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
- No refunds will be issued after 7 days or once personalised coaching plans have been delivered
- Coaching programs are non-transferable and cannot be shared with another individual
- CoachKT reserves the right to terminate a client's program without refund in cases of abusive behaviour, breach of these Terms, or misrepresentation of health information
Client Responsibilities
To achieve results from your coaching program, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, honest, and complete health, lifestyle, and fitness information
- Follow the program guidelines provided by your coach to the best of your ability
- Attend scheduled check-ins and respond to coach communications within a reasonable time
- Notify your coach in advance if you are unable to continue for any period
- Understand that results vary based on individual effort, consistency, genetics, and adherence
CoachKT does not guarantee specific results. Testimonials and transformation stories on this website represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, diet plans, training programs, content, and resources provided by CoachKT are the exclusive intellectual property of Livepro Wellness Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials solely for your personal fitness journey.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any coaching material with any third party
- You may not use CoachKT materials to offer coaching or fitness advice to others
- Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality. CoachKT will not share your personal health data or progress information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Use of Transformation Photos & Testimonials
CoachKT may request permission to use your before-and-after transformation photos and testimonials for marketing purposes on social media, the website, and promotional materials. Such use will occur only with your explicit written consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to transform@coachkt.in.
Communication Channels
CoachKT primarily communicates with clients via WhatsApp and email. By engaging our services, you consent to receiving coaching-related communications through these channels. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
Program Pause & Extension
Clients may request a program pause of up to 30 days in the event of a medical emergency or significant personal circumstance, subject to coach approval. Pause requests must be submitted in writing to transform@coachkt.in. Program extensions beyond the agreed duration are not automatically provided and are subject to additional charges.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CoachKT and Livepro Wellness Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Physical injury, illness, or health complications arising from participation in the program
- Loss of data, business, or revenue
- Any outcome resulting from failure to disclose accurate health information
Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the coaching program in question.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in New Delhi under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Amendments
CoachKT reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or WhatsApp. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CoachKT with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications and agreements.
