Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all coaching programs purchased from Livepro Wellness Pvt Ltd ("CoachKT") via coachkt.in or direct payment. We believe in complete transparency about when refunds are and are not available.

1. 7-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment, less a ₹2,500 administrative fee, provided your program has not substantially commenced (i.e., your personalised program has not yet been delivered).

2. After 7 Days — No Refunds

Once 7 days have passed from payment, or once your personalised program has been delivered (whichever is earlier), no refunds are available. This is because:

• Your program is custom-built for your body, schedule, and goals — this work begins immediately
• Coaching slots are limited; your enrolment reserves dedicated time in Karan's schedule that cannot be resold
• Real coaching is a commitment from both sides — the no-refund structure exists to protect the seriousness of that commitment

3. EMI Payments

If you are on an EMI plan, the 7-day refund window applies from the date of your first payment only. Once the window closes, all remaining EMI instalments remain payable as per your agreed schedule.

4. Medical Exceptions

If a documented medical condition prevents you from continuing your program, we offer (at our discretion):

• A program pause of up to 4 weeks, or
• A pro-rated credit toward a future program

Medical documentation from a qualified physician is required. Cash refunds are not provided for medical pauses.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• Change of mind after the 7-day window
• Failure to follow the program or attend check-ins
• Dissatisfaction with the pace of results (results depend on adherence)
• Travel, work schedules, or personal circumstances (programs are designed to adapt to these)
• Termination due to abusive conduct or misrepresentation in your application

6. How to Request a Refund

Email coach@coachkt.in or WhatsApp +91 70421 34980 with your full name, payment date, and payment reference. Eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval.

7. Payment Disputes

If you have a payment concern, please contact us directly before raising a chargeback with your bank — we resolve genuine issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks raised without first contacting us may result in termination of services.
